Returns Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused cosmetics in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, expired, or not as described, please contact us so we can assess the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with any original tags or seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at godcomplexcosmetics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions by email, including the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, expired, or not as described. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetics where the return is due to change of mind.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened, unused cosmetics in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
