At God Complex Cosmetics, we know you want your beauty rituals delivered fast, safe, and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order from our hands to your altar.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Australia (Domestic Orders)

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Orders

    • Standard International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

    • Express International: 5–10 business days

💌 Delivery times are estimates only. Once orders leave our warehouse, delays caused by customs, couriers, or unexpected disruptions are out of our control (but we’ll always help where we can).

Order Tracking

  • Every order comes with a tracking number so you can watch your package ascend.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, ownership passes to the carrier.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues with the courier.

  • If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help make it right.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations.
